Mizan Therapy is a type of gentle holistic massage which encompasses the stomach and abdomen, lower back and legs. It works on organs, muscles, fascia, ligaments and the lymphatic system. It helps to promote the re-alignment of organs, the relaxation of muscles, increased blood circulation, lymphatic drainage and hormonal balance.

Regular Mizan massage can have many benefits for the reproductive system. Some of these may include:

  • Helping the body to rid itself of old stagnant blood from menstruation.

  • Encouraging the liver to flush excess hormones and toxins.

  • Increasing blood circulation to the uterus and cervix.

  • Helping to break up scar tissue and adhesions around the uterus, fallopian tubes and cervix.

  • It assists in the repositioning of a tilted uterus.

  • It helps to reduce stress.
